The house was built around 1500 from local stone and
wood and shows the beautiful architectural features.
It overlooks valleys and hills and it is located next to the woods.
The house has three floors.
GROUND FLOOR : entrance, one double bedroom with 2 single beds, one double bedroom with queen bed, one bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: kitchen provided with refrigerator, freezer, gas cooker and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine available in a separate laundry room. Dining room, bathroom with bathtub. A door leads to the terrace where garden table, chairs, deckchairs and barbeque offer the perfect place for dining, sunbathing and enjoying life outside.
SECOND FLOOR: living room with sofa and armchairs, fireplace, sofa bed, TV with Sat receiver and DVD/CD player.

Rates include water, energy, bedlinen, bathroom and kitchen towels, fireplace logs, final cleaning.
Costs for GPL gas in the summer: 50 € per week. In the winter and mid seasons consumption of gas for central heating is metered and therefore not included in the rental rate.
Baby bed and high chair free of charge.
Extra bed: 50 € per week.
Unlimited Internet access: 20 € per week ( Usb key ).
To reserve the property a booking deposit is necessary.We do accept Visa and Master card.
Preferred changeover day during high season is Saturday, flexible changeover day in mid and low season.
Arrival time between 15:00 and 19:00 hours. Departure time 10:30 hours.
Please remember to state the number of persons and the arrival/departure dates.
