Accommodation for 4-6 people It is a stone dove-cote tower, situated next to a wooded area.Every window in the house offers a magnificent view of the valleys and the rolling hills of Apennines. It is on 5 levels. Built into the hillside, there are two ground floors. GROUND FLOOR1: kitchen provided with a refrigerator, freezer, cooker, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher.Washing machine available in a separate service room. A door leads to the panoramic terrace where a garden table with chairs are supplied. GROUND FLOOR 2: entrance, living room with sofas and armchairs, fireplace. Dining corner with dining table and chairs. Main door to the orchard where a garden table, chairs and barbeque offer the perfect place for dining, sunbathing and enjoying life outside. THIRD FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom with shower. FOURTH FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with 2 twins, private bathroom with shower. Rates include water, energy, bedlinen, bathroom and kitchen towels, fireplace logs, final cleaning. Costs for GPL gas in the summer: 50 € per week. In the winter and mid seasons consumption of gas for central heating is metered and therefore not included in the rental rate. Baby bed and high chair free of charge. Unlimited Internet access: 20 € per week ( Usb key ). To reserve the property a booking deposit is necessary.We do accept Visa and Master card. Preferred changeover day during high season is Saturday, flexible changeover day in mid and low season. Arrival time between 15:00 and 19:00 hours. Departure time 10:30 hours.
