Tagliatelle, Lasagne and Tortelloni

  • how to knead eggs and flour
  • how to roll the dough with the rolling pin and with the rolling machine
  • how to cut pasta into Tagliatelle, Lasagne and fill Tortelloni
  • how to prepare the sauces for pasta: Tagliatelle al ragu’ alla bolognese, Lasagne and Tortelloni in butter and sage seasoning.
