Courses are designed for enthusiastic amateurs, gourmets and anyone who appreciates food, wine and cooking.

The procedures are designed so as to be executed in a domestic kitchen.

You will be shown the methods and techniques of traditional Emilian cooking, a nutritionist will dispense nutritional and dietary information, while a translator will perform translation into english, french,dutch and italian.

The dishes will be prepared using organically grown wheat, vegetables and fruits produced in our fields or in local growths and breedings.

The participants will be executing dishes and will taste them at the end of the course in a friendly and familiar atmosphere.

Duration: 4-5 hours

Prices: from 60 € per person, depending on the course type.

Family members and friends not taking classes may participate to the dinner, prices from 30 € per person, depending on the menu type.
