Courses are designed

food, wine and cooking.
The procedures are designed so as
to be executed in a domestic kitchen.
You will be shown the methods and techniques of traditional Emilian
cooking, a nutritionist will dispense nutritional and dietary
information, while a translator will perform translation
into english, french,dutch and italian.
The dishes will be
prepared using organically grown wheat, vegetables and fruits
produced in our fields or in local growths and breedings. |
