A tasting will follow. Finally, there is the possibility of having lunch at the Acetaia's Restaurant. N.B.The visit to Balsamic Vinegar can be combined with the Parmesan cheese visit, as the two factories lie near each other. The second half of the day can be spent in discovering Modena.

A visit to the factory and a tasting will follow. N.B. The visit to Caseificio can be combined with the Balsamic Vinegar visit, as the two factories lie near each other. A visit to the factory and a tasting will follow. N.B. The visit to Parma ham factory may be followed by a tour into Parma.
